1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Proman Tourneys platform, website (promantourneys.com), or the Telegram bot (@elevenvrbot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in tournaments or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Proman Tourneys is an independent community-driven esports platform designed to organize, schedule, referee, and track competitive Eleven Table Tennis VR events. The platform offers automated tournament brackets, automated match validation via game APIs, internal ELO rating calculation (ELTR), and player directories.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Account Linking: To participate in tournaments, you must possess a valid Telegram account and link your legitimate Eleven Table Tennis account ID.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate other players or use false player identities.
• One Player, One Account: Each player is permitted to register only one Telegram profile linked to their primary Eleven Table Tennis user profile.

4. Fair Play, Smurfing & Anti-Cheat Rules

Proman Tourneys upholds high standards of competitive integrity:

• Zero Tolerance for Cheating: Any use of exploits, unofficial physics modifiers, unfair ball manipulation, or third-party cheating utilities is strictly prohibited.
• Smurfing & Rating Manipulation: Intentionally lowering in-game ELO to enter lower-tier divisions (e.g. Bronze or Silver) or playing on alternative accounts ("smurfs") will result in immediate disqualification and ban from the platform.
• Sportsmanship: Harassment, offensive language, or toxic conduct toward opponents or tournament administrators in chat rooms or support channels will result in immediate termination of tournament access.

5. Tournament Rules, Results & Disputes

• Match Scheduling: Participants are responsible for coordinating match times with their scheduled opponents within the deadline established for each round. Failure to show up may result in a technical loss (forfeit).
• Automated Match Verification: Matches must be played under the parameters prescribed by the tournament settings (e.g., Ranked matches, specific ball/environment presets). Results are fetched directly via the Smart Referee API.
• Disputes: If an unforeseen game glitch, disconnect, or mismatch occurs, players may file a dispute room entry via the bot. Tournament referee decisions on disputed matches are final.

6. Independent Platform Disclaimer

Proman Tourneys is an independent open-source community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Eleven Table Tennis or For Fun Labs Inc. "Eleven Table Tennis" is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or continuous availability of external game APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proman Tourneys and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in tournaments, equipment failures, VR tracking disconnects, or loss of game data.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban any user from our platform, tournaments, and Telegram bot if they violate these Terms, breach Fair Play rules, or compromise competitive fairness.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in tournaments after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
